Currently the Design Director for dLife, a LifeMed Media company providing the only multimedia network serving the diabetes community — with award-winning media outlets including dLife.com & dLifeTV, Shannon is responsible for all of dLife's creative needs. Creating for both online and print, her work ranges from a wide variety of printed marketing materials & co-sponsored collateral to downloadable eCookbooks, web-pages, micro-sites, eNewsletters, and banner ads for dLife and many of their well-known clients such as Smuckers, HealthMart, OceanSpray, Splenda, Colgate and Listerine.

Before joining dLife, Shannon was the Art Director / Sr. Designer for InterTech Media, LLC, where she was responsible for the production (design, build & maintenance) of InterTech's 1000+ radio station web sites. During her 10 years with the company, Shannon strived to make every client site visually appealing and technically sophisticated, bringing them to life using the latest flash & css techniques, so each site looked great, loaded fast and appealed to all users. In addition to her design work, she managed a team of designers & builders, and worked closely with the tech team in developing new technologies and offerings for InterTech's always-growing client base.

Shannon went to InterTech Media from Ziff-Davis Publishing, where she created magazine ads, direct mail packages, insert cards and Web Graphics for ZD's high-profile computer and gaming magazines, including Mac World,  PC Computing, FamilyPC, Expert Gamer and Official Playstation Magazine.

Prior to Ziff-Davis, Shannon worked in the world of television graphics  at TZNY (a division of National Video Center) with well-known clients such as HBO, MTV, ESPN, CNBC, Food Network, KingsWorld and Studios USA.

Shannon has a BA in Communication Design from the State University of New York at Buffalo, certification in both Flash and Director, and a Web Developer Certification (HTML, XHMTL, CSS) from W3 Schools. Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, Shannon now lives in the CT/NYC Metro area with her husband.
